We completed a tile relay on this two-story residential home in San Jacinto. Our team removed the existing tiles, addressed localized leaks evidenced by interior ceiling staining, and installed new high-performance underlayment across the entire deck. The project featured durable terracotta-colored concrete tiles and upgraded metal flashing to ensure a weather-tight seal. We also integrated a solar panel array with specialized wire mesh pest guards to prevent wildlife from nesting under the system. This comprehensive update restored the home’s structural integrity while enhancing its overall energy efficiency.
