We performed a complete roof replacement on this Chula Vista residence, beginning with the removal of existing tiles and stripping the surface to the plywood decking. During the process, we identified and replaced deteriorated sections of the wooden roof deck and fascia boards that exhibited significant dry rot. We focused on restoring the structural substrate before proceeding with any new installations. Our team installed new high-quality underlayment and flashing to ensure a watertight seal across all peaks and valleys. We then staged and installed durable brown concrete roof tiles, restoring the home's structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. This project ensures long-lasting protection and enhanced curb appeal for the property.
