We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this two-story home in Chula Vista. Our team removed the existing tiles to address underlying water damage and structural issues that were causing interior ceiling leaks. We focused on stripping the old materials down to the roof deck to ensure a completely watertight foundation. After identifying several areas of rot, we replaced damaged plywood decking and installed new white fascia boards to match the home’s trim. We then applied a high-performance underlayment before carefully re-laying the terracotta S-tiles across the entire structure. This process restored the home's architectural character while providing long-term durability and improved weather protection.
