We completed a full roof replacement on this lovely home in charming Fallbrook, California. Transitioning the home to a new, durable and high-performing concrete tile system featuring Eagle Capistrano tiles. Our team stripped the original roof down to the wooden sheathing to ensure a secure foundation before installing two layers of Malarkey Organic 40lb underlayment. We carefully staged and installed reddish-brown concrete barrel tiles across the various pitched sections of the house, following precise chalk lines for a uniform finish. To ensure long-term weather resistance, we integrated the existing skylights and chimney with new metal flashing . This comprehensive upgrade provides the homeowners with a reliable, leak-free roof that perfectly complements the property’s Mediterranean aesthetic.
