We completed a comprehensive roof coating structural repair project to address water intrusion on the barn of multi-generational family ranch. Our team identified significant moisture damage in the OSB sheathing and rafters before beginning the restoration process. We prioritized sealing the building envelope to protect the assets and framework within the structure. We applied a specialized white seam sealant to every joint and fastener across the existing metal roof surface. A full-coverage elastomeric roof coating was then installed to create a durable, weather-resistant barrier and improve energy efficiency. The finished system successfully halted the decay process and extended the usable life of the metal roof.
