We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this home in San Diego. The project began with a full tear-off of the aged asphalt shingles to inspect the underlying deck and structure. During this process, we identified and replaced deteriorated OSB sheathing and weathered fascia boards that showed signs of significant wood rot and peeling. Our team installed GAF Timberline HD architectural shingles over new synthetic underlayment for maximum weather protection. We also integrated new metal flashing around the chimney and skylights, and installed turbine vents to improve the home's overall attic ventilation. This project provided the property with a durable, updated roofing system designed to withstand the elements for years to come.
