We performed a comprehensive roof repair on this terracotta-tiled residence in Escondido to address damaged tiles and failing flashing. Our team replaced several cracked and broken concrete S-tiles while securing loose sections along the roof valleys and ridge lines. We focused on reinforcing the transition points between the roof surface and exterior stucco walls to ensure a reliable moisture barrier. To complete the restoration, we applied fresh mortar to seal the ridge caps and installed new copper pipe flashings around the plumbing vents. These specific repairs addressed existing leaks and restored the overall structural integrity of the roofing system. By matching replacement tiles and refining the seals around chimneys, we ensured a cohesive look and long-term weather protection for the home.
