We performed a comprehensive roof assessment and targeted repairs for this residence in El Cajon. Our team inspected the concrete tile roof, focusing on critical areas such as hip ridges, plumbing vents, and solar panel mounting points. We identified and addressed several maintenance needs to ensure the home's long-term weatherproofing.
