A customer in Monroe called us to check out a thermostat that had signs of overheating. Our inspection revealed much more, including the thermostat being undersized for the heating load, as well as undersized and outdated wiring servicing their heaters. We completely renovated that problem circuit with correctly sizing a brand new thermostat and wiring the baseboard heaters with modern copper wiring. Did we mention their electrical system got a Full Renovation and Upgrade to meet modern safety standards.
