We tackled a pretty major interior project in Marietta, focusing on getting the utility and bath areas back in shape. We started by opening up the walls in the laundry room to relocate plumbing and get all the new electrical wiring exactly where it needed to be. Our team also built out a fresh walk-in shower, complete with crisp white subway tiles and a handy recessed niche, plus we laid down some clean hex tile on the shower floor. We replaced the old flooring with durable light-colored tiles throughout the space to tie everything together. To get the room ready for the final paint, we spent a lot of time on drywall repairs and smoothing out those old popcorn ceilings. It was a lot of behind-the-scenes prep work, but it really laid a solid foundation for the finished space to come together smoothly. We handled everything from the initial demo and utility rough-ins to the final wall finish, ensuring everything is set up to last for the long haul. We're happy with how the layout looks now and are confident this space will be much more functional for the homeowner moving forward. It’s always satisfying to take a project like this from a total demo stage to a clean, updated canvas that’s ready to use. Whether it's the new electrical or the updated plumbing, we made sure all the internal systems are working just right behind the walls before we buttoned everything up. Looking forward to seeing how the final touches bring the whole design to life now that the heavy lifting is done. We think this setup makes a world of difference for the home’s layout and overall utility. Everything from the tile work to the drywall patches was handled with a focus on durability and keeping the space practical for everyday needs. It’s a complete transformation that really refreshes the whole flow of the area. We pride ourselves on getting the structural and mechanical details right first, so the rest of the project can really shine. This renovation project was all about practical upgrades that really maximize the usability of these rooms. We are stoked to have helped give this Marietta home such a significant, functional boost. If you're looking to tackle similar upgrades, we’ve definitely got the experience to make it happen without any surprises. It feels great to see these rooms finally feeling like a cohesive part of the home again after all the hard work that went into the framing, electrical, and plumbing updates. Everything is now prepped and looking sharp, ready for the final design elements to be added. This project was a big one, but getting the bones of the house solid again was well worth the effort. We made sure every inch of the new drywall and tile work met our standards before calling it a day. It’s good to know these rooms are now reliable and ready for whatever the homeowners have planned next. We're pretty proud of how the team navigated the trickier parts of the ceiling repairs and wall framing to make sure it all looks seamless. The new shower layout really opens things up, and the laundry room feels a lot more organized now. We love working on projects like this where we can really modernize the guts of a home. We’re definitely looking forward to seeing it all finished out with the paint and trim. At the end of the day, it’s all about creating a space that works better than it did before. We think we really hit the mark on this one, and we're excited to see it serving the family well for years to come. Whether it's the new tile or the updated electrical, every step was aimed at making these rooms more usable. It's been a fun challenge bringing it all together. From the initial demolition to the final patches, we made sure every detail was handled right. We hope the residents enjoy the extra space and the peace of mind that comes with updated plumbing and electrical work. Getting the structure and utilities squared away is the real win here. We’re happy with the results and can’t wait to move on to the next project on our list. Everything turned out just as planned, and we couldn't ask for a better result for this home. We’re pretty pleased with the outcome and the way everything fits together now. It's all about making sure the space is functional and built to last. We're glad to have been the team to help make these improvements happen for the homeowner. Every small detail counts when you're working on something this comprehensive. We made sure to keep the area clean and tidy throughout the process. Seeing the transformation from demo to a smooth, finished surface is always the best part of the job. It's a solid improvement that we’re proud to stand behind. We’re always looking for ways to improve our process, and this job definitely gave us some good wins. The new setup is going to make a huge difference in their daily routine. We’re stoked to have played a part in it. It’s always nice to look back and see the progress from day one until now.
