We performed a complete water mitigation and crawlspace restoration for this home in Alpharetta. Our team addressed significant standing water and high humidity levels that were impacting the foundation and indoor air quality. We extracted the water, removed contaminated materials, and thoroughly dried the space to prevent future issues. We installed a heavy-duty white vapor barrier across the ground and structural piers to create a permanent moisture seal. To maintain optimal humidity levels, we integrated a Santa Fe dehumidifier and updated the condensate drainage system with new PVC and copper piping. This comprehensive encapsulation ensures the crawlspace remains dry and protected from long-term moisture damage.
