We completed a comprehensive basement concrete coating project for a residential property in Elkhart. Our team prepared the existing concrete subfloors by removing debris and paint splatters from the previous construction phase. We focused on creating a seamless, durable surface across the main living areas, closets, and hallways of the lower level. We installed a multi-layered flake coating system with Creekbed flake to provide a professional, clean aesthetic. The new floor offers enhanced durability and moisture resistance, significantly improving the usability of the interior rooms.
