We completed a full basement floor transformation for this home in Boone, Iowa. The project involved removing old, worn tiles and stubborn adhesive residue across several rooms, including the mechanical area, laundry room, and basement bathroom. We prepped the original concrete surface to ensure a durable and seamless finish throughout the entire space. We applied a high-performance grey flake epoxy coating that completely modernized the unfinished appearance of the basement. This new surface provides a moisture-resistant and easy-to-clean floor for the utility zones and recreational areas. The final result significantly improved the brightness and usability of the storage and mechanical spaces.
