We completed a full floor restoration and coating project for this home in Des Moines. Our team addressed the garage floor, basement utility areas, and interior steps, transforming worn, cracked concrete into a durable, finished surface. We focused on repairing structural cracks and treating deep floor staining before applying the new finish. After performing moisture tests and grinding the concrete, we applied a multi-layered speckled epoxy coating in both gray and tan flake finishes. This system sealed the floors around HVAC units and garage entries to provide a seamless, moisture-resistant barrier.
