We transformed this Urbandale garage by replacing a failing, peeling paint finish with a professional-grade epoxy floor coating. Our team began by using heavy-duty industrial grinders to remove the old surface and properly prepare the concrete substrate. We also meticulously filled and sealed all cracks and expansion joints to ensure a perfectly smooth and level base for the new application. We applied a high-performance grey speckled flake system that covers the main floor, the integrated steps, and the perimeter curbs for a seamless finish. This new coating provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface that resists wear and significantly improves the garage’s overall functionality. The finished project delivers a polished, uniform look that protects the concrete against future damage.
