We completed a multi-room interior concrete coating project for this West Des Moines residence, focusing on utility spaces, closets, and storage areas. Our process began with thorough mechanical grinding to prepare the concrete surfaces, including existing epoxy, and ensure a long-lasting bond. We carefully integrated the new flooring with existing tile and carpet transitions for a clean, professional look. We installed a high-performance Keystone epoxy flake system that offers a durable and moisture-resistant finish. This decorative coating was applied around existing mechanical systems, including the HVAC unit and sump pump, to provide a seamless and easy-to-maintain surface. The final result is a bright, cohesive concrete coating that adds significant functional value to the home.
