We completed a comprehensive garage floor renovation for this residential property to address years of surface wear. Our team repaired visible spalling and edge degradation before using a Lavina 30GE floor grinder to prepare the concrete slab. This critical preparation phase removed old stains and tire marks to ensure a clean, porous surface for the new system. We then applied a multi-layer grey speckled epoxy flake coating across the entire floor and the integrated concrete steps. The installation included a matching decorative base trim along the perimeter to create a seamless, moisture-resistant barrier.
