We completed a comprehensive garage floor renovation for a residence in Waukee. Our team applied the Mount Everest Flake on this polyurea base coat across the entire floor surface, replacing the previous bare concrete with a durable and uniform finish. Then, we applied our polyaspartic topcoat for UV-resistance and durability. The installation included extending the flake system up the walls to create a matching integrated cove base. We also applied the coating system to the interior stairs and landing treads to ensure a seamless transition between the garage and the home entryway. This updated flooring provides a resilient, easy-to-clean surface designed for long-term daily use.
