We completed a garage floor restoration and coating project for a residential property in Johnston. The original concrete floor showed signs of wear, including significant branching cracks and rust staining across the slab. We repaired the surface damage and applied a multi-layer flake coating system to provide a durable, seamless finish. The new floor features a light gray base with a speckled gray, brown, and black flake finish, extending throughout the entire garage and up to the thresholds. This coating covers previous imperfections while providing a slip-resistant, polished surface that is more resilient than bare concrete. The finished space now serves as a clean, protected environment for vehicle storage and home utility.
