We completed a comprehensive concrete floor coating project in this Urbandale home, focusing on the basement and utility areas. Our team prepared the concrete slabs, performed moisture testing, and addressed structural transitions near the utility sink and sump pump. We also handled minor exterior repairs, including a pressure-treated timber retaining wall and deck board replacement. We applied a multi-layer flake coating system in a speckled tan and grey finish across the basement hallway, laundry area, and utility room. This system provides a durable, moisture-resistant surface around floor drains and mechanical equipment. The final result upgraded the unfinished concrete into a clean, functional space that protects against wear and simplifies maintenance.
