We completed a specialized restoration and sealing project on a large-scale commercial skylight system in Memphis. Our team focused on identifying and addressing gaps in the vertical seams and window frames to ensure a completely watertight seal across the glass array. We worked across the sloped panes to inspect all structural transitions and metal trim components. We installed new weather-stripping seals and applied specialized sealants to the recessed strips between the frame surfaces. The project involved securing loose metal trim and cleaning the frame edges where they met the glass surfaces to prevent future moisture intrusion. These improvements restored the structural integrity of the skylight while protecting the interior of the commercial facility from the elements.
