We completed a roof repair for this home in Memphis, Tennessee after they called with a leak in their upstairs bathroom. Our team removed the existing damaged asphalt shingles and addressed several areas of compromised roof decking by installing new OSB plywood sheathing. We also performed custom framing for the integration of new rectangular skylights to improve natural lighting throughout the interior. We utilized GAF FeltBuster synthetic roofing underlayment and specialized ice and water shields in the valleys to ensure long-term moisture protection. The project was finished with architectural asphalt shingles and new metal flashing to secure all roof penetrations. This comprehensive update restored the structural integrity of the roofing system while providing a clean and updated aesthetic. Best of all, the homeowner was happy with a leak-free home.
