We performed a comprehensive inspection and repair of the flat roof membrane at this Memphis studio. Our team identified several puncture points, cracks, and surface defects across the gray membrane surface using precise marking techniques. We focused on sealing these vulnerable areas to prevent water infiltration and ensure the long-term integrity of the roofing system. We utilized specialized patching materials, white seam tape, and industrial-grade sealants to address all identified damage. Our crew also updated the flashing and transitions where the roof deck meets the building's lap siding and window frames. The project included installing new utility access covers and reinforcing existing seams to provide a watertight, durable finish.
