We performed a commercial roof repair on this commercial facility in West Memphis. Our team addressed multiple points of water intrusion by sealing compromised seams and joints across the extensive standing seam metal roof system. We focused on critical areas where the metal panels overlapped and reinforced the flashing around various roof penetrations. To ensure long-term durability, we applied high-grade sealants to damaged seams and addressed worn fasteners throughout the structure. We also sealed the vaulted and rectangular skylights, replacing cracked caulking to protect the interior automotive service bays. These targeted repairs restored the building's envelope and protected the warehouse interior from future weather damage.
