We performed a comprehensive restoration of this multi-story brick commercial building in Millington. Our team installed structural metal supports and secured the building envelope with heavy-duty tarping to prevent further deterioration while we addressed interior stabilization. We focused on repairing exposed wooden joist ceilings to ensure the long-term integrity of the structure. The project involved working with traditional red brick masonry, herringbone-patterned brick flooring, and reinforced metal columns. This work helped preserve the historical character of the building while providing a secure foundation for its continued commercial use.
