We performed a comprehensive residential roof replacement on this two-story white brick residence in Memphis. Our crew began by stripping the old shingles and inspecting the underlying structure, replacing worn sections of the roof deck with fresh OSB plywood. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles paired with GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment for maximum weather resistance and durability. The dark asphalt shingles provide a sharp contrast against the white painted brick, while new ventilation and flashing components ensure long-term performance. This project resulted in a high-performance roofing system that significantly upgraded the home’s exterior.
