We completed a full roof replacement on this two-story home in Germantown to address significant impact damage. After a thorough tear-off, we performed essential repairs to the roof deck, including patching sections of the OSB sheathing to ensure a level and secure foundation. Our team also installed a specialized flat membrane roofing system on the low-slope sections to provide superior moisture protection near the chimney and exterior walls. For the primary roof surfaces, we utilized GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment and installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Pewter Gray. This comprehensive upgrade restored the structural integrity of the home while significantly enhancing its exterior aesthetic. Lastly, the gutter system was upgraded to better support the overall roofing system and improve how water is directed away from the roof and home. The finished project provides long-term durability and weather resistance for the homeowners.
