We performed a complete residential roof replacement for this multi-story brick home in Memphis. Our team managed a full tear-off of the old materials and addressed significant sections of the roof deck by replacing damaged plywood and OSB. This ensured a solid structural foundation before we proceeded with the installation of the new roofing system. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles in Weathered Wood to complement the home’s red brick exterior. The project included high-performance components like GAF Master Flow Pivot pipe flashing and IntakePro vents to improve attic ventilation. Throughout the process, we utilized heavy-duty debris tarps and protective barriers to shield the extensive landscaping and custom brick patio.
