We performed a comprehensive roof repair project on this Tudor-style home in Memphis, addressing both pitched and flat roof sections. Our team replaced the worn asphalt shingles on the main structure and tackled significant water damage by repairing deteriorated box gutters and roof sheathing. We also addressed structural vulnerabilities around the chimney and roof valleys to ensure long-term protection. For the pitched roof, we installed new brown architectural shingles featuring specialized reinforcement strips for improved durability. On the flat balcony and roof sections, we laid down gray insulation boards followed by a white waterproof membrane to prevent future pooling and leaks. We completed the job with custom metal chimney crickets and updated flashing to direct water away from the masonry.
