We completed a comprehensive roofing replacement for this East Memphis property, featuring a combination of standing seam metal and flat membrane surfaces. The project involved removing the existing weathered material, inspecting the roof deck, and installing a new high-performance metal roofing system. We also addressed multiple flat roof sections to ensure a completely watertight exterior. We utilized PAC-CLAD standing seam panels for the primary slopes and integrated new skylights to improve natural interior lighting. Specialized flashing and custom crickets were installed around the brick chimney to prevent water accumulation and ensure long-term durability.
