We completed a residential roofing repair in Cordova that involved significant structural updates and a full surface overhaul. This home had an existing dormer that had become a constant source of leaks, so our team removed it and rebuilt the area properly. We replaced damaged sections of the roof deck with new OSB and plywood sheathing, added the necessary framing and decking, and converted that section into a clean sloped roof to help improve long-term water shedding and protection. After addressing the structural concerns, we applied RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment across the multi-gabled roof surface before installing the final shingles. This project was about more than replacing aged roofing materials. It corrected a recurring problem area, strengthened the roof system, and gave this two-story brick home a more reliable, weather-ready surface built for lasting protection.
