This project combined a FORTIFIED roof upgrade with new skylight installation for a home exposed to coastal weather. RGR Construction and Roofing installed CertainTeed Landmark PRO Max Def shingles in Resawn Shake, giving the roof a warm dimensional finish while improving the overall protection of the home. The skylight replacement adds natural light and a cleaner finished roof detail, while the upgraded roof system helps the home better handle wind, rain, humidity, and storm exposure near the coast.
