We completed a full residential roof replacement for a home in Castle Hayne. Our team stripped the existing roofing material down to the deck and installed new plywood and OSB sheathing to ensure a structural foundation. We meticulously prepared the surface with a self-adhering shingle starter to provide superior protection against the elements. For the final layer, we installed Tamko Heritage architectural asphalt shingles in Rustic Redwood. The project also included new metal drip edges, ridge vents for improved attic ventilation, and updated pipe roof vents. This comprehensive installation replaced worn, damaged shingles with a durable and visually cohesive roofing system designed for long-term performance.
