We completed a full membrane roof replacement for this multi-story coastal residence in Holly Ridge. The project involved removing the weathered roofing material down to the structural decking to address aging and peeling edges on the flat roof surface. We carefully prepared the plywood substrate to ensure a clean and durable foundation for the new roofing system. Our team installed a new black rubberized membrane system across the entire flat roof area to provide enhanced weather protection. We also integrated new seals for the central vent pipes and roof penetrations to ensure long-term performance. This updated roofing solution offers a reliable, watertight seal that protects the interior against harsh coastal elements.
