This Carolina Beach, NC commercial roofing project restored a flat roof system with 924 Eterna-Sil Premium Silicone Roof Coating. RGR Construction and Roofing applied the coating to improve waterproofing, protect the roof surface, and help extend the service life of the existing commercial roof. The completed coating system adds a bright, seamless protective layer designed to withstand coastal moisture, UV exposure, ponding water concerns, and everyday weather conditions near the beach.
