We completed a series of targeted commercial roofing repairs and penetration sealing for Bentley Denver in Lone Tree. Our team focused on reinforcing the waterproofing around HVAC curbs, plumbing vents, and roof hatches to prevent moisture intrusion across the flat roof surface. We also addressed multiple metal pipe penetrations to ensure the building envelope remained secure against the elements. We utilized OSB sheathing to rebuild curb structures before applying the EPDM waterproof membrane and new metal flashing. Each pipe penetration was sealed with an EPDM rubber boot and industrial-grade sealant, then finished with a river stone ballast layer to match the existing roof system. These repairs improved the functional life of the roof and provided a reliable seal for all mechanical units and vents.
