We completed a series of essential repairs and maintenance tasks on a ballasted EPDM roofing system for this commercial property in Centennial. Our team addressed several critical issues, including peeling roof membranes that had exposed the concrerte substrate and degraded flashing along the parapet walls. We successfully secured the waterproofing layers and reinforced the perimeter with EPDM black membrane flashing to ensure long-term protection.
