We completed a full flat roof replacement for this classic red brick rowhouse in Alexandria. Our team removed several layers of old, weathered roofing material down to the original wooden substrate to ensure a solid foundation for the new system. We identified and replaced sections of damaged wood decking across the roof surface before proceeding with the installation. For the final layer, we installed a durable white TPO membrane to improve energy efficiency and provide long-term weather resistance. We carefully integrated new metal flashing around the masonry chimneys and pipejacks. The finished high-performance roof offers superior protection while significantly improving the home's thermal performance.
