We completed a full residential roof replacement on this multi-story townhouse in Sterling. Our team removed the existing layers to inspect the structural integrity, replaced damaged plywood decking where necessary to ensure a solid foundation and we installed high-performance Owens Corning Onyx Black Duration architectural shingles for lasting protection and updated curb appeal. To complete the system, we integrated new ridge vents, plumbing vent boots, and a seamless white gutter system.
