Warehouse Network & Paging System Installation – Perris, CA Ring and Ping completed a large-scale network infrastructure and paging system deployment for a warehouse facility in Perris, California. The project included installation of a Bogen 70V paging system, a high-capacity OM4 fiber optic backbone, multiple IDF cabinets, enterprise warehouse Wi-Fi infrastructure, and structured Cat6 cabling for office and workstation connectivity. Project Scope Bogen 70V Warehouse Paging System Installation To support facility-wide communication, Ring and Ping installed a Bogen 70V paging system designed for large industrial environments. Installed 40 Bogen 70V 15W paging horns throughout the warehouse for clear audio coverage. Integrated an Algo SIP paging controller to connect the paging system with the facility’s VoIP network. Configured speaker placement to ensure clear announcements across production and warehouse areas. OM4 Fiber Optic Backbone Installation To support the facility’s distributed network infrastructure, Ring and Ping installed a high-speed OM4 fiber optic backbone. Installed OM4 multimode fiber connecting network equipment across the facility. Provided high-bandwidth connectivity between multiple network distribution points. Ensured proper termination, labeling, and testing of fiber connections. IDF Cabinet Deployment The project included installation of multiple Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) cabinets to support the warehouse network architecture. Installed 6 IDF network cabinets throughout the facility. Organized structured cabling and network equipment within each cabinet. Implemented clean cable management and labeling to maintain professional rack organization. Warehouse Wireless Network Installation To support mobile devices, scanners, and operational systems, Ring and Ping deployed a large-scale wireless network. Installed 84 wireless access points throughout the warehouse for high-density coverage. Installed 12 exterior wireless access points to support outdoor operational areas. Office & Workstation Cat6 Cabling Structured cabling was installed to support office connectivity and workstation infrastructure.
