This involved extensive conduit runs (rigid and EMT), precise mounting of charging units on Unistrut framing for secure, code-compliant installation, connection to the existing 480V panel with proper breakers and grounding, and comprehensive testing of voltage, continuity, insulation resistance, and load performance to ensure safe, reliable operation. LED High-Bay Lighting Replacement: In a separate phase, we removed outdated fluorescent fixtures and upgraded the tenting room with modern LED high-bay lights. The new fixtures delivered significantly higher lumen output, better color rendering, and uniform illumination across the space—eliminating dark spots and shadows common with old fluorescents. Improved Safety & Clarity: Post-upgrade, the tenting room became dramatically brighter and clearer, allowing workers to inspect, handle, and process materials with greater accuracy and confidence—reducing eye strain, improving quality control, and enhancing overall workplace safety in a critical chemical handling area.
