This project came about from a leaky toilet! It ruined the wood in their bathroom, which in turn caused the floors to be replaced and refinished. They also decided to tear out the dining room carpet and install and lace in the beautiful maple wood! We used Duraseal Provincial stain with a water based finish. Floors turned out SUPURB!
