The damaged TPO was removed, new Poly-iso and gypsum mat cover boards were installed, and 80-mil TPO was applied on flat surfaces with 60-mil TPO on parapet walls. Additionally, metal was removed and replaced on all parking structures, wood fencing was power washed and re-stained, and 11” half-round commercial gutters were removed and replaced.
