We are keeping bees on-site for the property owner and growing the apiary with a goal of 10 colonies by year 5 in order to qualify for Special Use Valuation, or an Agricultural Productivity Appraisal, commonly known as "Ag. Exemption" for the 13.1 acres here in Rockwall County
