Honey, Mead and Medieval Times! What a blast we had at the 1st am annual Texas Mead and Music Festival at Scarborough Fair. We taught honey extraction and spinning to jolly folks in renaissance garb, and sold honey to mead makers and attendees. So. Much. Fun!!
