This client had a guy (non-professional) remove colony a year ago. Not only did the guy just cut a hole roughly into the soffit, he also didn’t make sure the repairman stuff the cavity to “bee-proof” it. The client had to pay a repairman to patch the clumsy cut. THEN the client had to pay us to return a year later since another colony moved in. If the client had hired us, the soffit would have been removed without any clumsy cuts (NO REPAIRMAN NEEDED) and it would have been stuffed so bees COULD NOT MOVE BACK IN!!
