We expanded our client's property in Spring by constructing a custom-built rehearsal studio attached to the existing garage. The project scope included pouring a new reinforced concrete slab, framing a double-wall structure, and installing a new shingle roof to match the residence. To ensure optimal performance, we implemented extensive soundproofing measures, including high-grade acoustic insulation, double-layered drywall, and professional-grade acoustical vinyl throughout the studio space. We finished the exterior with new siding and installed custom double entry doors for a secure and functional entrance. Inside, we upgraded the electrical system, added recessed LED lighting, and installed a ductless mini-split HVAC unit to maintain climate control. The project concluded with a durable, speckled epoxy floor coating, resulting in a specialized workspace designed for precision acoustics and comfort.
