We completed a full exterior siding replacement on this two-story residence in Fairfield. Our team removed the existing, damaged siding to inspect the underlying substrate, where we addressed areas of worn fiberboard and OSB sheathing. We then wrapped the upper levels in Raptor water-resistant barrier to ensure a modern, moisture-proof seal before installing the new materials. We installed Mastic Mill Creek vinyl siding in the popular Desert Sand color, providing a durable and low-maintenance finish that complements the home's original brickwork. The project included meticulous trim work around the gables and bay windows, along with updated flashing to protect the roof-to-wall transitions. This upgrade significantly improved the home's weather resistance and exterior aesthetics.
