Residential Roofing Installation using Dal-TIle Perennial Slate

Mr. Maxwell had a tree fall and hit his house in 2019, during a bad spring storm. The tree damaged his old slate style roof. Unfortunately his insurance company did not want to pay to replace his roof correctly and he had to take them to court to settle. Fast forward to 2022 his insurance company settled and paid him out allowing us to put on this new beautiful Dal-Tile Perennial Slate roof with a lifetime warranty! We effectively keep the section of damaged roof tarped and watertight for over 3 years.
