This Fairfax, MN roof section was about 10 years older than the main roof. The customer wanted to "catch the rest of the roof up" to this older section. We paused the aging on this section, perfomred a roof tune-up the the rest, and treated the older shingles with Roof Maxx to add substantial life to this roof.
